Service and maintenance on operable partition track and panel systems is essential to ensure a safe and long-lasting product. Annual inspections and maintenance on the track and panels are highly recommended to help provide our customers and their clients with the best experience possible. All flexible meeting spaces require a durable and reliable product to allow for a large event or multiple events to occur simultaneously. It is imperative that routine maintenance and even small repairs are performed to allow the airwall system to operate properly for meeting spaces to maximize productivity and profitability.

When a maintenance inspection is requested by the customer, the following tasks will be completed:

• ADJUST, TIGHTEN & LUBRICATE TROLLEYS, HINGES AND ANY MECHANICAL COMPONENTS AS NEEDED

• CLEAN AND GREASE TRACK AS NEEDED

• CHECK TRACK FOR SECURE AND SAFE CONNECTION TO THE OVERHEAD SUPPORT

• ADJUST AND PLUMB ALL PANELS FOR PROPER ALIGNMENT

• INSPECT MECHANICAL BOTTOM SEALS FOR PROPER OPERATION (TOP SEALS IF APPLICABLE)

• ATTACH AND SECURE LOOSE TRIM AND SWEEP AS NEEDED

• REVIEW PASS DOORS AND POCKET DOORS (IF APPLICABLE)

• COMPLIMENTARY REPORT FOLLOWING THE INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE

If additional repairs or materials are needed after the maintenance is completed, a follow-up proposal will be sent to the customer based on the findings provided in the inspection report.
